In an effort to serve the needs of youth, parents, coaches and the community, the YMCA offers Youth Sports Leagues at the El Dorado YMCA. Leagues which include an 8-game season; a reversible jersey (same jersey used for all sports) may be purchased for only $12. We also honor the free/reduced lunch program.

Seasonal Leagues: Basketball, Soccer, Baseball (preK - 2nd grade)
Features:
Eight (8) games per season
All teams receive 1 practice per week
Player skills clinics provided at start of the season
Volunteer coaches focus on a new skill development each week
Coed leagues in two divisions: PreK/K & 1st/2nd

Players receive a positive experience in sports and build self-confidence
All players play a minimum 1/2 of each game
Players learn fundamentals of sports and grow in their basic skills

Micro Sports (ages 3)
Parent participation clinics that give children their first organized sports experience. Clinics meet once a week during the soccer, basketball and baseball seasons and focus on the seasonal sport.
City of El Dorado Parks & Rec Department Youth & Adult Sports
The El Dorado Parks & Recreation Department, in combination with the YMCA, offers a comprehensive Sports Program for youth ages 3 - 8th grade as well as adults. Sports include football, baseball/softball, volleyball and basketball. View the El Dorado YMCA Program Guide for more information. |
