Eat Healthy at Summertime BBQs
You don't have to skip all the things you love about summertime BBQs to stay healthy. Try these alternatives:
-Guacamole, salsa or hummus with fresh-cut vegetables
-Fresh fruit cabobs
-Chicken or shrimp cabobs loaded with grilled veggies
Afterward play an outdoor game like horseshoes. It'll keep you active and away from the snack table.

Dear YMCA,
Thank you for the scholarship membership that you granted to me for the first part of this year. I was able to rehab my knee after surgery by attending one of your water aerobic classes during the time that I was unemployed. In February I obtained a job!
